Terms of the Partnership Program

  1. General Provisions

These Terms of the Partnership Program (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") define the rules for participation in the partnership (referral) program of the online platform Tanvelora (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

The partnership program allows users to earn rewards for recommending the Service to others through a personal referral link.

The owner and operator of the Service is:

(hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Participation in the partnership program is voluntary and does not constitute employment, labor relations, or an agency agreement between the Participant and the Company.

By participating in the program, the Participant confirms that they have read these Terms and agrees to comply with them.

  1. Participation Conditions

Any individual or legal entity that has registered an account in the Service and gained access to the partner cabinet can be a Participant in the partnership program.

The Company may refuse participation or terminate participation in the program in case of violation of these Terms.

  1. Referral Links

After connecting to the partnership program, the Participant receives the ability to create personal referral links.

The Participant can distribute referral links through:

• websites • social networks • blogs • messengers • other informational resources

Referral links are intended to attract new users to the Service.

  1. Accrual of Partnership Rewards

Partnership rewards are accrued only if a new user:

• clicked on the Participant's referral link • registered in the Service • made a successful payment for the Service's offerings

The reward amount is 10% of the actual payment received from the user.

The accrual of rewards is carried out within a period of up to 6 months from the moment of the first payment made by the referred user.

The reward is displayed in the Participant's partner cabinet.

  1. Reward Payments

The accrued reward can be used according to the rules of the Service or paid out to the Participant upon request through available payment methods.

The Company may set a minimum amount for reward payouts.

The Company reserves the right to verify transactions before making payments.

  1. Prohibited Promotion Methods

• using spam (mass unsolicited messages) • misleading users about the capabilities of the Service • using fraudulent or manipulative methods to attract users • creating fake accounts for the purpose of obtaining rewards • violating legislation while promoting the Service

In case of violations, the Company has the right to:

• cancel accrued rewards • block the partner account • terminate participation in the partnership program

  1. Taxes and Liability

The Participant is solely responsible for declaring and paying taxes according to the legislation of their country.

The Company is not a tax agent for the Participant.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

• technical failures in internet operation or third-party services • actions of third parties • loss of access to the Participant's account for reasons beyond the Company's control

  1. Changes to Program Terms

The Company has the right to change these Terms at any time.

The current version of the Terms is published on the Service's website.

Continued participation in the program after changes implies agreement by the Participant with the updated Terms.

  1. Final Provisions

These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Poland.

All disputes that may arise in connection with participation in the partnership program are resolved in accordance with applicable legislation.
