Data Deletion Instructions

Introduction

Tanvelora uses Facebook Login and Facebook integrations to provide a seamless login experience and other features. In accordance with Facebook's policies and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users have the right to request the complete deletion of their data associated with their Facebook account.

1. How to Revoke App Access via Facebook

If you want to disconnect your Facebook account from Tanvelora and revoke the app's access to your data, you can do this directly from your Facebook settings:

  1. Log in to your Facebook account, open the "Settings & Privacy" menu, and click "Settings".
  2. In the left-hand menu (or Security section), find and click on "Apps and Websites".
  3. Find Tanvelora in the list of active apps and websites.
  4. Click the "Remove" button next to the app's name.
  5. A confirmation dialog will appear. You can optionally check the box to delete any posts or activities the app may have published on your behalf.
  6. Click "Remove" again to confirm.

After this step, Tanvelora will no longer have access to your Facebook account.

2. How to Request Complete Data Deletion from Tanvelora Servers

Removing the app in your Facebook settings only revokes future access. To completely delete all data we have already collected or stored on our servers (including your profile), please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your Tanvelora account.
  2. In the subject line, write: "Data Deletion Request".
  3. In the body of the email, confirm your intent to completely delete your account and all associated personal data. Please include your name or account ID for identification purposes.

Our support team will process your request and permanently erase your account, profile data, and any stored information within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is successfully completed.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

  • Your profile information (name, email).
  • Your access tokens and connections to Facebook.
  • Your platform usage history and content.

Note: Certain payment and invoicing data may be retained for a longer period solely for the purpose of complying with tax and accounting legal requirements.
